Hi David, is there the possibility of ordering your book in Kindle/ebook format at some point? Ordering from books South Africa can be quite problematic. I would really love to read your book.

Hi David. Do you know whether Amazon Canada will be selling your book? Did a couple of searches, couldn’t find it. Anyone else in Canada? Ordering from U.S. sometimes gets into customs / duty etc. Looking forward to it.

David, I read your newsletters religiously and feel like you are the guiding light behind the reinvention of my business. Each time I approach a period when I think “I need help with this one”, your expertise provides me with the guidance and confidence I need to take the steps needed. Again, the timing of this book couldn’t be more perfect. I recently hired 2 people and although I’ve had JR’s work for me before, this time it feels different and I know I need to be a better manager.

I also see that your book is sold out (Congrats!) but I have added it to my wish list and am really looking forward to reading it very soon.
